Harder Cards is essentially a comic-based music video. The comic is derived from "Harder Cards," a song writen by Craig Wiseman and Michael Henderson, and performed by Kenny Rogers and, later, Collin Raye.

To my knowledge, no music video was ever made of this song, but when I heard it for the first time, the imagery was such that The Muse wouldn't shut up until I finished it. Pencils and Inks were done on 11x17 2-ply Bristol Boards before being transferred to Photoshop for the final colors.

I take no credit for the lyrics to this song, nor claim any rights thereof. I also have no intention of offering these images for sale. This is a portfolio piece used to showcase my skills at sequential art and the concepts of illustration and storyboarding.
